Developed and implemented a 3-year textile growth strategy for Vietnam for JC Penney Private Brands, Inc to increase supply chain matrix textile capacities in circular, flat and warp knits for 20 + JCP private brands across Active, Casual, Career brands in Women’s, Men’s & Children’s. Over 3 year period, increased Vietnam textile capacity aligned with JCP textile and apparel supply chain partners from approximately 5M lbs per annum to 70M lbs per annum in diverse finished fabrics in solid colors, yarn dyes, prints in cottons and synthetics.

Created and implemented a strategic sourcing plan, drove textile research & development for approximately $500M in indirect fabric procurement working closely with a vast network of stand-alone and vertical mills in North America, Central America, South America, Asia and the Middle East. Drove newness, deeper supply chain transparency, cost containment and matrix optimization working with cross-regional and cross-functional stakeholders.
